2025-26 Edition Health Plan Report Card Released
The latest Health Plan Report Card provides clinical quality and patient experience ratings for 19 of California’s largest HMO and PPO health plans. This Report Card allows consumers to compare scores on a variety of health topics, such as behavioral and mental health, prenatal care, and satisfaction with plan doctors.
The California Health Care Quality Report Cards have been produced annually by the Office of the Patient Advocate since 2001. These Report Cards are developed in partnership with the National Committee for Quality Assurance, Integrated Healthcare Association, American Institutes for Research, and Purchaser Business Group on Health.
