The Office of the Patient Advocate (OPA) program issued the new medical group ratings for consumers and others making health care decisions. The information is searchable by county to allow for comparison of local providers.
- The Medical Group Report Card provides quality and cost ratings for nearly 200 medical groups that serve members of commercial health plans.
- The Medicare Medical Group Report Card provides quality ratings for 175 medical groups that serve Medicare Advantage plan members.
OPA’s California Health Care Quality Report Cards are produced in partnership with the National Committee for Quality Assurance, Integrated Healthcare Association, and Purchaser Business Group on Health.
