Annual Complaint Data Report Released
(August 24, 2023) – The Center for Data Insights and Innovation (CDII) is pleased to announce the release of the Annual Health Care Complaint Data Report – Report to the Legislature for Measurement Year 2021.
This report addresses consumer health care complaints closed in 2021 and other consumer assistance information from the Department of Managed Health Care, Department of Health Care Services, California Department of Insurance, and Covered California.
