2025-26 Edition California Health Care Quality Report Cards
Spring Preview Now Open!
The stakeholder preview for the 2025-26 Edition of the Medical Group Report Card and Medicare Medical Group Report Card runs from April 27 to May 1, 2026.
The preview will close Friday, May 1st at 5:00 p.m. (PT).
- During the Preview Period, we ask that representatives from the rated medical groups review their data and profile information and provide feedback if needed.
- To find the 2025-26 methodology documentation, please use the links below on this stakeholder page rather than navigating within the test site. Some menu links point to the currently published Edition instead of the upcoming 2025-26 resources.
